EPM Pulse is available for
- on-premises installation with Project Server and/or Project On-line connection;
- on-line installation with Project On-line connection.

Project Online Installation

EPM Pulse for Project Online can be installed from Microsoft Office Store

Step-by-step Instructions

  1. On the site where you want to add an app, go to Settings → Add an app.
  2. On the Your Apps page, click SharePoint Store in the left-hand navigation.
  3. Type “EPM Pulse” into the search box and search for it.
  4. Click the “EPM Pulse for Project Online” app in the search results.
  5. Click Add It.
  6. Follow the steps to log on with your Microsoft account to buy the app.
  7. When you are asked whether you want to trust the app, review the Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Statement, and then click Trust It.
  8. The app will now appear on the Site Contents page. You can go to the app by clicking on it on the Site Contents Page, which takes you to the app. When you open the app for a first time, please allow it some time to perform the initial synchronization, which normally takes around 10 minutes.

EPM Pulse On-Premises Edition Installation

EPM Pulse On-Premises Edition is available for both Project Server and Project Online PWA connections.

EPM Pulse for Planner

1. Open
2. Click Sign Up button.
3. Sign up into EPM Pulse. Please refer to this help article.
4. Once you have signed up to EPM Pulse, please follow the steps from this article to add a connection.
